Leads & billing
No qualified leads, no charge. Efficio's pay-per-qualified-lead model aligns what you pay with the results your website delivers.
How leads are captured
When a visitor contacts you by submitting a form, requesting a booking, or using a call-to-action you've configured, it is recorded as a new lead in your dashboard so you can follow up. You can also be notified by email when new leads arrive.
Depending on your site's pricing configuration, qualified leads can include form submissions, appointment requests, chat or quick-contact messages, and direct actions such as call, email, booking, or order clicks. Some direct actions do not include the visitor's contact details, but still show that the website prompted a potential customer to act.
Lead tiers
Calls to action are grouped into tiers that reflect how much a visitor is committing when they use them. See Lead tiers for the full breakdown and why keeping one option in each tier helps you reach visitors at every stage.
No qualified leads, no charge
Billing is based on configured qualified-lead types rather than a fixed website retainer. If your site produces no qualified leads, there is no qualified-lead charge. You pay only for new qualified leads captured through your Efficio website. Any free trial or allowance on your account is applied automatically before billing begins.
This keeps Efficio's incentives tied to generating opportunities for your business. Traditional arrangements may charge for retainers, packages, or additional hours regardless of how many leads the website produces; Efficio's lead billing follows measurable visitor actions instead.
Managing billing
You can add or update your payment method and review billing activity from your dashboard. Adding a payment method or creating your site does not itself create a lead charge. For more detail on how different calls to action reflect customer commitment, see Lead tiers.
